The opening reception is currently 3 weeks away!! This means that within the next 14 days before setup begins, I will be living in the studio. Almost all of the large Embodiment prints are done now, and about 10-15 Incorporeal prints are to come. I've done a lot of printing recently, but have yet to upload pictures, so expect those within the next few days!! The goal is to have all printing for the show done by the 19th, so that the rest of that week can be spent on matting and mounting the prints for the show. The week of installation will be completely dedicated to the installation- an 8x8" nail and string wall mural! No sneak previews on this one, but pictures will be posted once it's completed! AND sometime between now and graduation, 10 unique books need to be letterpressed and bound!!!! Perhaps I'll set type in all of my free time... ;)

Love your work Nikki; looking forward to the next batch of photos. I am glad you get a small break next weekend, sounds like you are going to need it with all the things you need to finish for the big show. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to celebrate with us. Karen OB
